Hey Income Flippers,
My high school wrestling coach passed away this week.
I found out earlier today from my buddy Will Marlow…and it hit me.
We are here…and then we’re gone.
And life just keeps moving.
My coach was a massive influence on my life.
He pushed me. He challenged me. He helped shape who I became.
And hearing that he’s gone made me stop and reflect on how fast this all goes.
It feels like yesterday I was in that wrestling room…pushing my mind and body to their limits.
But the truth?
That was 37 years ago...
Thirty. Seven.
It goes by fast.
So let me ask you…
Are you living your best life?
And not the version you talk about…not the version you “plan” for one day…
The one you’re actually living right now.
If the answer is no… then what are you going to do about it?
What are you going to change?
What are you going to start?
What are you going to stop?
Because here’s the truth, most people avoid…
You will be dead soon.
And that thought shouldn’t scare you…
It should wake you up.
It should light a fire under you.
It should force you to stop playing small.
For me, this is what the Income Flip is really about.
It’s not just about money.
It’s about time.
It’s about freedom.
It’s about designing a life where you’re not stuck trading your time for dollars… hoping you’ll “live later.”
Because later isn’t guaranteed.
The Income Flip is about making a decision…
To build something today that gives you options tomorrow.
To create income that works for you…
So you can spend your time where it actually matters:
❤️ With your family
💪 On your health
🌱 On your growth
🎯On your purpose
Because at the end of the day…
No one wishes they had sold one more house.
No one wishes they answered one more email.
But they do wish they had more time.
More presence.
More life.
So here’s the real question I’m sitting with this week…
If nothing changes…where will you be 10 years from now?
Still grinding? Still saying “one day”? Still putting your life on hold?
Or…
Will you have flipped your income… and taken control of your time?
My coach gave me a gift I didn’t fully understand at the time…
Discipline. Toughness. Standards.
But maybe the biggest lesson he gave me… is this reminder today:
Time is undefeated.
So don’t wait.
Start now.
Make the call.
Take the risk.
Build the thing.
Fix your life.
Flip your income.
Because one day… this will all be over.
And the only question that will matter is…
